We completed project for a client back in October, removal of PIR panels and doors, we installed a new hygienic fire door and 2 No 100mm PIR panels, we installed a new hygienic 9mm polyurethane heavy duty floor topping incliuding resin cove skirting and joints, all works completed over a long weekend, there was no destruction to our clients production so they was very happy :- )

Our works involved from moving the air handling unit, excavation ground works, installing a new stainless steel drainage system, installing a new reinforced concrete slab, supply and construct new 100mm PIR hygienic insulated panels to form a box with steel works on the outside to support the air handing unit , we installed a polymer granite reinforced screed laid to falls, with a polyurethane hygienic heavy duty floor topping with skirting and joints, we installed a new hygienic sliding door, internal with fitted new PVC cladding around wall to stop any impact damage. We then re-fitted the air handling on to the steel works.
All works hand but to our client on time and in budget

One of our clients said they required some building works and it was about
time to clean up their act!!! Works required are to remove all the old metal
works, checker plate barriers, old brick works, remove redundant drainage,
to install a new drainage system concrete slab, new heavy duty barriers,
block works, to install new heavy duty metal plates for the compactor to run
A few years ago we help build and fit out a new brewery in west Sussex Burning sky brewery ltd requirements back then was ground works, excavation of existing slab, to install a 3 No new stainless steel drainage systems, we installed a new polymer granite reinforced screed laid to falls, with a hygienic polyurethane 9mm floor topping, to include resin cove skirting’s and expansion joints we also installed a new mezzanine floor.
Our client has had a few alteration as they have gone a long, one of their requirements just recently was to come up with an idea to stop steam going everywhere, so we handed it over to our stainless steel section and they came back with a steam box that we can connect to the existing stainless steel once again we have a very happy client
