This project involved installing a new cold room for a diary who produce some award winning cheeses. Based in Horsted Keynes
Our works involved from moving the air handling unit, excavation groundworks, installing a new stainless steel drainage system, installing a new reinforced concrete slab, supply and construct new 100mm PIR hygienic insulated panels to form a box with steelworks on the outside to support the air handling unit, we installed a polymer granite reinforced screed laid to falls, with a polyurethane hygienic heavy duty floor topping with skirting and joints, we installed a new hygienic sliding door, internal with fitted new PVC cladding around the wall to stop any impact damage. We then re-fitted the air handling on to the steelworks.
All works hand but to our client on time and in budget.
