A few years ago we helped build and fit-out a new brewery in West Sussex.
Burning Sky Brewery Ltd required groundworks and excavation of the existing slab in order to install 3 new stainless steel drainage systems. We installed a new polymer granite reinforced screed laid to falls, with a hygienic polyurethane 9mm floor topping, including resin cove skirtings and expansion joints. We also installed a new mezzanine floor.
The client made a few alterations as the project went along, one of their requirements just recently was to come up with an idea to stop steam going everywhere. So, we handed it over to our stainless steel team and they designed a steam box that they can connect to the existing stainless steel.
This is another great example of the way our team is flexible, and understanding of the way that needs can change during a project, and the client was really pleased with the results.
